Introducing Ringo the newest fleecie doll

A friend suggested I make the legs in such a way that the dolls can sit down. I love friend's suggestions and I always try them out if it is possible. Ringo is made of fleece and is washable. He is 8" tall and he has a pocket on his back to hold affirmation cards. In his pocket the cards read; I am an important part of my family, I am strong and resistant to bullies and I don't let them hurt me, and I believe in myself.
Ringo will soon be on sale on my Etsy site and my 1000 Markets site.

Whimsical Ceramic Art

My sister Becky is an artist in Northern California. She has always been an inspiration to me. She is a strong, independent woman who can create something out of nothing. I have watched Becky over the years work hard like we all do, but it wasn't until she put clay in her hands that her passion was ignited. She creates fun whimsical characters and sells them in Art Stores and Art and Craft Fairs. I want to share her work with you. Visit Caseysstudio and check out her original work. Let me know what you think with a comment.

Babies and their First Toys

Kaden is holding a Comfy Doll that was mad just for him and he loves it. He can chew on the hands and feet, squeeze it with his tiny hands and mom can throw it in the washer and clean it up for the next go around.

Comfy dolls make a wonderful gift for expectant mom's and newborn babies. To see how you can acquire a Comfy doll go to: Comfy Doll for Baby

What is Your Daily Whisper?

Are you kind to yourself or do you beat yourself up?

Think of yourself as a beautiful cedar fence. Now every time you say something negative to yourself such as "I am so stupid" or "what an idiot", think of a nail hole in the fence. If you were to guess what your fence would look like today after years of your daily whisper, what would it look like? Still strong and solid or full of nail holes and weak?

Did you know your subconscious believes everything you say it it? If you say "I am happy" or "I am sad" both will come true if you say it often enough. Breaking a pattern of self abuse is not easy but it can be done. You can start with being conscious of your daily whisper. When a negative comment creeps into your mind you can reject it or simply say "no" to the thought. Retaliate by saying, "that is not true, I am a happy person." It is a matter of taking control and being the boss!
